Man this is such a fun idea for a compilation. Very happy I picked this up! Hope they do more RSD releases like this in the future (looking at you, Phil Collins)!

This release is quite the disappointment. I find it to be poorly mastered with very little in the way of dynamics. Surprisingly for MPO, side 2 is pressed off-center, audibly so in a few spots. Other than that, pressing is quiet, although side 2 has audible surface noise between track one and two. in hindsight, a waste of money.

My vinyl looked a bit dirty. Like the wash wasn't done very well after pressing, but after a clean it sounds like a million bucks!

Quiet, dynamic and really great sounding.

DANGER ZONE's guitars and Drums sound clear and punchy. Sounds better than my OG Top Gun soundtrack for sure.

That newly recorded version of PLAYING WITH THE BOYS however is an abomination. Overblown Bass, everything else just veiled and muddy. Kenny pretty much only sings on the chorus (Butterfly Boucher does the verses) and it just sounds like they sampled his singing from the original. Absolutely everything wrong with modern music is found on this track. I GUARANTEE I will turn the record off before this track rather than ever listen to it again!

Really nice, fun pressing, just skip the last track!
