What are your payment methods?

What are your shipping methods?


We ship nationwide via LBC and then via Grab within Metro Manila. For nationwide shipping our rate is Php 300 for up to 5 LPs and 200 for up to 5 CDs. Fro Metro Manila areas, we charge Php 250 for up to 5 LPs and 150 for up to 5 CDs. Please check our specifc shipping rates upon check out. Nationwide shipping usually takes 2-3 days to be delivered. Metro Manila shipping using Grab and other similar services will be delivered within the same day or the next day depending on the time that the order was placed. You can also book Grab yourself if you want.




Can I order anything that is not on your list?


Yes! Just let us know what you need and we will find it for you. We will give you a quote and then you send us your payment. We will ship the item as soon as we receive it from our suppliers. It usually takes around 3 weeks to deliver the item to your doorsteps.




What is your return and refund policy?


Our policy is to deal with returns on a case-by-case basis with the primary objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and and services and it is our business principle to always ensure that our customers are satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. For brand new items: We will accept returns if the product is defective resulting to manufacturing; severely warped, scratched and any physical defects. Damages sustained during shipping will be dealth with the courier separately. Issues with mastering and or sound quality is not covered by our return policy. It is not the fault of the store and it can also be a subjective experience. We therefore do not accept returns relating to the aforementioned issue. For used items: If you are not satisfied with the product in terms of grading and any other issue, it can be returned without any question. For Services: We have 1 month warranty on parts and services Refunds will be issued upon succesful return of the product in question.
